Dr. Bedi, a TRC staff psychiatrist with seventeen years of clinical experience, is also a Clinical Assistant Professor of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at Emory Medical School. Dr. Bedi obtained his medical degree from the All India Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi where he also fulfilled his Internship and Residency in Psychiatry. He then fulfilled a Residency in Psychiatry at The Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania becoming the Chief Resident at The University of Pennsylvania Department of Psychiatry. He was a Medical Director of a Cherokee Mental Health Institute in Iowa for 5 years. Subsequently he became a Fellow in Addiction Psychiatry at Northwestern Memorial Hospital in Chicago. Before joining TRC, Dr. Bedi served as a Staff Psychiatrist, Substance Abuse Division for the Veterans Administration in Atlanta and as an Assistant Professor of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at Emory University School of Medicine.
